The tournament is an international junior football event for teams at challenger level.

 

The organiser is Keuruun Pallo. The playing fields are in Keuruu, multia. All pitches are grass/artificial grass pitches.

 

The organising club reserves the right to make changes to the tournament.

Accommodation and Dining

 

Accommodation will be arranged at Keuruu Middle School and meals at the Keuruu Parish Centre cafeteria.

 

Accommodation and meal package 80€ / person. Includes accommodation in the classroom (own mattresses), lunch, dinner and evening snack on Sat 30.7. and breakfast, lunch and dinner on Sun 31.7.

 

For those arriving on Friday 29 July, the Friday and Saturday night, as well as the Saturday breakfast, will be offered free of charge.

Before the first match, the team registers at the tournament office of the field where it will play its first match.

 

 

 

The tournament offices can be found at Keuruun Keskuskenttä, Terva Tekonurmi field and Multia urheilukenttä. Rules

 

All matches will be played according to the All Play rules of the Finnish Ball Association.

 

Determination of placements based on the starting group

?      Draw = 1 point

?      Defeat = 0 points

 

The order of the teams is determined as follows:

1.    points scored in matches

2.    Matches between teams

3.    Goal difference

4.    Goals scored

5.    Goals given

6.    Lottery

 

 

 

 

Placement matches and prizes in B12, B11, B10, G13 and G11

 

Placement matches are played according to the ranking of the starting group. In the event of a tie, a penalty shoot-out shall be played with three (3) players. If the match is still tied, the match will continue in pairs until a decision is achieved.

 

Medals and trophies will be awarded to the top three teams.

All players will receive a certificate of honour.

At the end of the tournament, a Fair Play player from each team will be chosen for their fair play throughout the tournament. The player to be rewarded will be chosen by the team's own support staff. The Fair Play player will be awarded after the team's last game.

 

 

 

Level measurement matches and prizes in B9, B8, B7 and G9

 

Based on the ranking in the first group, teams will play a tie-break, where they will play against teams from the second group. The aim is to ensure that all teams have an even and enjoyable match at the end of the tournament.

 

All players will receive participation medals and certificates of honour.

At the end of the tournament, a Fair Play player from each team will be chosen for their fair play throughout the tournament. The player to be rewarded will be chosen by the team's own support staff. The Fair Play player will be awarded after the team's last game.

 

 

Objections

 

Disputes and objections to the tournament will be settled by a 3-member jury assembled by the organisers. The jury is composed of one representative of the organiser, one representative of the visiting team and one representative of the match officials.

 

The protest is notified to the match referee immediately after the end of the match. The protest and the protest fee of two hundred euros (€200.00) must be submitted within thirty (30) minutes of the end of the match to the tournament office. The protest will be dealt with by the tournament jury.

The protest fee will be refunded if the protest is upheld. No appeals against the jury's decisions will be accepted.
